Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounts Receivables. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cash applications, downloading bank statements, sending out invoices to brokers, and preparing reconciliations and reports. The role requires a good understanding of Accounts Receivable function and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable function
• Review daily wire / lockbox report and provide Cash Application team with payment allocation details
• Review assigned broker accounts and address all open items with brokerage staff
• Notify brokerage of delinquent balances and follow-up on open balances
• Provide commentary to Accounts Receivable Supervisor on large, outstanding items
• Notify UW of any booking issues / discrepancies and ensure resolution in Genius
• Research and reconcile assigned third party administrator (TPA) accounts and address all open discrepancies
• Handle the cancellation process, including sending out Notice of Cancellation (NOC) and coordinating with underwriting and brokers
