Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will combine creativity, technical knowledge, and business skills to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients, working on a team in Raleigh, NC. Your role will involve leading architectural deliverables, collaborating with clients and design teams, and resolving complex design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school
• Registered/Licensed Architect
• 10-12 years of experience as an architectural designer of ground up base buildings
• Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-up, and Revit
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Ability to utilize new design technologies and tools, including visual AI
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Strong knowledge of the design process and successfully communicating design to teams and clients
