Designer - Architecture - Mid Level

Gensler LA is seeking an experienced intermediate architectural Designer to collaborate with a team of architects and designers to develop ambitious design concepts and advance the design through all phases of project delivery.

Requirements

• Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production
• Give direction to one or more junior team members in the development of the work
• Resolve challenging design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Visual communication including compelling drawings, leveraging AI for visualization, 3D models and renderings, collaborate with the team in BIM on the contract documents
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
• Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
