Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Founding GTM based in Tokyo, Japan, to join our rapidly growing business. As a Founding GTM focused on AI agent products, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Excellent Japanese proficiency with fluent English communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions and enterprise software
- Understanding of AI and/or big data technologies preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals
- Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
