Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to provide exceptional sales and service experiences for trade customers. The role involves building relationships with target customers, managing sales and gross margin performance, and fostering a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
• Experience using CRM systems
• A valid Australian driver's licence
• Passion for all things automotive
