Job Description
The Scrum Master II is responsible for guiding Motion's software development teams through Agile/Scrum best practices, ensuring the Agile process is followed, and creating an environment of transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) preferred
