Job Description
The Scrum Master II is responsible for guiding Motion's software development teams through Agile/Scrum best practices/principles, ensuring the agreed Agile process is followed, and fostering an environment of transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Plans and manages the development and implementation process of Motion's products and services using the Agile project methodology
- Facilitates team meetings, including daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review, iteration retrospective, and other Agile ceremonies
- Develops a deep understanding of the Agile methodology and principles and exercises judgment in following the defined processes and practices
