Court Liaison - Full Time

The Court Liaison/Risk Assistant provides support to the hospital, assisting with court advocacy, program admission, progress hearings, and therapeutic settings. They collaborate with legal and clinical teams, analyzing risk factors and developing risk management strategies. Responsibilities include documentation, patient communication, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent (Associates/Bachelor's preferred/experience required)
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare field
• 1 year of paralegal or equivalent experience preferred
• 1 year court liaison experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards
• PC skills (Windows OS & Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
