GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking an IT Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, tools, and technologies that power a leading geohazard mitigation contractor. The internship is 11 weeks long and is based out of the Denver, CO headquarters.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Architecture, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Analytics, Data Visualization, or a related field.
- Expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA; 3.5 preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics concepts and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Strong interest in data modeling, reporting, dashboarding, or AI-driven analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently lead training sessions and present to employees across the organization.
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on both technical understanding and business context.
- Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and navigating varying levels of technical literacy.
