Home Loan Processor II

Join our team at Gesa Credit Union as a Home Loan Processor II. This role is responsible for ordering, gathering, reviewing, and preparing required loan documents for all residential mortgage loans. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent completion of specialized course of study, training, and experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage processing experience required
• One (1) year experience processing Correspondent, FHA and VA loans preferred
• Knowledge in reviewing and analyzing basic income calculations
• Experience with loan origination software, electronic file storage systems, and AUS required
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Suite
• Some travel is required to achieve training and business objectives
• Valid Driver’s License is required
