Requirements
- Review and process loan documentation with extreme accuracy and adherence to compliance expectations
- Perform loan audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain and update files, databases, and records for reporting
- Provide member support and communicate with members via email, phone, or in person
- Utilize existing procedures and sound judgment to solve routine or standard problems
