Requirements

• Apply critical thinking skills and solid lending principles according to the needs of each applicant and their risk profile
• Construct and approve loan offers in accordance with delegated approval authority and loan policy under general guidance of a Sr. Underwriter or Manager
• Evaluate and mitigate risk while maintaining profitability associated with extending credit requests
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and business partners
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality relative to information received directly or indirectly
