Strategic Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our hotels team, where you will play a key role in sourcing new hotel suppliers and expanding our network. As a Hotel Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing hotel services for our global clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers, and driving successful outcomes in contract negotiations and service delivery.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in service procurement or sourcing
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Adaptability to meet the needs of diverse tenders and service requests
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Confident communicator with senior hotel stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in tender processes
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or end-to-end commercial processes
• Relationship-builder and problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Experience with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce
