getolot GmbH is expanding its sales team in the B2C dental insurance sector. They are seeking a motivated Sales Team Lead with weekly working hours of 40 hours (Monday-Friday) and a strong preference for working in the Berlin/Brandenburg region. The role involves leading a team of ten sales agents, mentoring them to achieve sales success, and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate data-driven skills and exceptional communication abilities.

Requirements

• Experienced leadership experience in building a sales team in a systematic environment
• Several years of professional experience in telesales at the end-customer (B2C) segment
• Demonstrably successful in previous sales stations
• Great motivator with communication skills
• Data-driven – enjoy defining KPIs, analyzing conversions and expanding reports
