Job Description
The Canberra Branch Manager will be an integral member of our NSW/ACT team, responsible for full P&L, operations, sales, and safety. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, operational, and management skills, and be dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Branch manager or in any leadership role
- An understanding of commercial levers and having a keen eye towards managing a P&L
- Strong experience in operational effectiveness
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- A high level of business acumen
- Strong computer skills and ability to use various systems – SAP, JDE, Arma and Microsoft
