- Development & Implementation of efficient Planning Functions
- Schedule/Progress Reviews and recommendations
- Production of project status reports and dashboards

- Review Time Extension Claims and forensic analysis
- Plan GHD's weekly & monthly progress reports
- Monitor the performance of the team
- Conduct project documentation review
