Job Description
GHD is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to coordinate and execute building projects from legal and executive perspectives. The role involves supervising field engineering teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing field construction activities, negotiating contracts with clients, and maintaining safety standards.
Requirements
- Plans, schedules, supervises, and exercises administrative authority over field engineering work.
- Leads the construction supervision team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Establishes plans, programmes, and other documents.
- Resolves site issues.
- Presents progress to the Client team.
