Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of their accounting department. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The position will lead a team of accounting professionals and support financial planning and audit initiatives for a rapidly growing homebuilding organization.
Requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Oversee general ledger functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Review and analyze financial statements and data.
- Partner with finance, operations, and HR for budgeting and forecasting.
