Responsibilities:
- Environmental construction supervision onshore and offshore, site visits including pre- and post-processing, and photo documentation.
- Participation in construction meetings.
- Preparation of reports and expert opinions.
- Communication with clients and authorities.
- Processing of species protection and legal issues.
- Participation in obtaining permits and preparation of bids.
- Implementation and functional control of compensation and replacement measures.
You would be a good fit if you:
- Bring a certain flexibility, and are willing to travel outside of Hamburg for projects on a daily basis, possibly with overnight stays.
- Have a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in biology or a comparable field.
- Have professional experience in environmental construction supervision/planning.
- Have in-depth knowledge of species (in at least one of the following groups: flora in Northern Germany, birds, bats).
- Are able to work in a structured and responsible manner.
- Are independent and have a confident attitude.
- Have a driver's license class B and no fear of driving.
- Have extensive knowledge of MS Office programs (Office 365).
- Are organized and team-oriented.
