Senior Backend Engineer - New York

We're looking for a senior backend engineer to build the infrastructure and systems that power our AI agents. You'll work across the stack, from data pipelines and analytics to real-time agent systems, shipping features that directly impact how our customers operate.

Requirements

• 4+ years building backend systems, ideally at companies where reliability and scale mattered
• Are comfortable with ambiguity: you can take a loosely-defined problem and figure out what to build
• You'll jump into unfamiliar parts of the codebase when that's what the problem requires
