Employee Relations Specialist

Employee Relations Specialist will support employees, managers, and HR partners with clear guidance and practical solutions. They will lead fair and confidential workplace investigations, coach managers, and help employees and leaders work through conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR compliance
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, workplace investigations, and HR best practices
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and case management software
