Table Games Pit Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the blackjack area, supervising team members, and ensuring asset protection and game integrity.

Requirements

• Supervises the operations of one to four blackjack playing areas
• Prepares work schedules and assigns tables
• Maintains a dependable work attendance record
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned
• Directly supervises multiple blackjack employees
• Interviewing, hiring and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance
• Rewarding and disciplining employees
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
