Accountant II

Gilbane is seeking an Accountant II to fulfill project accounting and financial forecasting requirements. The role will sit primarily in the office, but travel to project job sites to meet with project teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Manage contracts, amendments, insurance, bonds, SOV, Files, and Co Policies
• Conduct timely and accurate review of requisitions and lien waivers
• Set up and properly format project financial forecasts
• Manage monthly project forecast meetings and maintain accurate ETCs
• Ensure timely management of accounts receivable and payables
• Manage project financial closeout process
• Develop and maintain positive professional relationships
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Review Work in Process (WIP) on assigned projects
