Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage field operations on a $5-$50M project. This is a full-time, in-person role involving direct oversight of trade contractors and adherence to project timelines. Gilbane is a top-10 ENR Contractor recognized for its commitment to building safe and high-quality projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 7-12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project
- OSHA 30-hour certified
- STS-C Certification
- First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Construction-document and drawing literate
- Knowledge of construction software tools
