Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage field operations on a $5-$50M project, responsible for independently managing all field operations, developing and communicating work plans, and maintaining a thorough understanding of contract documents.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project for a value of $30 million or larger on commercial/industrial construction project(s) in a superintendent role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- OSHA 30-hour certified
- STS-C Certification
- First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
