Project Manager I

Gilbane is seeking a Project Manager I to support the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager II in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. The role involves working on the job site every day, leading a team, and implementing project controls and procedures. The ideal candidate is a coach/leader who leads with an inclusive and empathetic mindset, determines priorities, delegates work, and effectively communicates progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 4-7 years of experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office
