Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a highly skilled Senior General Superintendent to manage all field operations on large projects. This role involves leading a team of field personnel, ensuring quality work meets schedules, and contributing to the company's success. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 20+ years of experience on $50 million-$100+ million commercial/industrial construction project(s) or multiple projects in a lead superintendent role
- Experience in healthcare or higher education markets strongly preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certified
- STS-C Certification
- First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Strong technical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Ability to participate in sales process, interviews, and presentations.
- Ability to lead in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry standard construction software tools
- Knowledge of labor relations
