Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Detroit team and help shape the future of construction in Michigan. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and help tell the story of how Gilbane is building communities and driving innovation in across the state.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-7 years relevant experience in the marketing and/or AEC industry
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, Canva, Unanet, and Photography
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Advanced writing and critical thinking skills
• Strong knowledge and skills in process management
• Strong knowledge of Gilbane services and advanced knowledge of construction management and industry awareness as a whole
