Job Description
The Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant is responsible for all aspects of kitchen cleanliness and food safety, including washing dishes, organizing, and restocking supplies. They also assist with meal preparation and help maintain a clean and sanitary work environment for both campers and staff. This seasonal role is crucial to ensuring the highest quality service to campers and ensures compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current SERV Safe Certification.
- Must possess, or be willing to obtain, current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience in an industrial kitchen preferred.
- Basic understanding of meal preparation for those with restricted diets and/or food allergies (preferred).
