Job Description
The Lead Ropes Facilitator is responsible for overseeing and implementing ropes programs at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp. This role includes assisting with program daily operations, supervising program activities, and providing support to other camp staff. The position supports the camp's goals and ensures the highest possible level of service for campers, guests, and staff.
Requirements
- Work on a team of 3-4 other ropes staff.
- Assist Program Director with daily upkeep and equipment log.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of ropes areas.
- Provide first aid and emergency procedures.
