Job Description
Givzey is seeking a Director of Customer Onboarding to manage technical implementation, platform configuration, and integrations for new customers. The individual will bring expertise in working with Advancement Database Systems and become an expert on Givzey's solutions and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience as an RENXT and/or Salesforce administrator
- Experience in leading implementation of API solutions with Advancement CRMs from a client/database admin side
- Ability to collaborate between client and internal engineering to design technical solutions
- Managed a CRM conversion in fundraising
- Ability to grow alongside a fast-paced startup
