HR Business Partner

This role is responsible for partnering strategically with leaders within the Product Supply functions while ensuring excellence in execution to create and implement or improve programs enabling the business to achieve its objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree (HR Generalist experience in manufacturing preferred)
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish (preferred)
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with business leaders on complex people matters
• Demonstrated success in resolving complex employee relations issues
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors a plus) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Copilot experience is a bonus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in leading teams and individuals through change
