Job Description
The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team seeks a Desktop Engineer to manage and support the end-user technology environment at GLG. Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining Windows and macOS devices, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing user experience. Expertise in Microsoft Entra/Intune and Jamf for endpoint management is crucial. The role involves managing AWS Workspaces, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with ETS teams.
Requirements
- Support and partner with Systems Engineering team
- Develop and implement automation strategies
- Analyze support ticket trends
- Maintain inventory of managed assets
- Manage Windows 11 deployment
- Resolve escalated support tickets
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices
- Maintain OS patching and security updates
- Monitor vulnerabilities and remediate
- Collaborate with ETS teams for process improvement
