Job Description
GovCIO is seeking a Desktop Systems Engineer 3 to maintain and troubleshoot corporate desktops and small systems. This remote position involves configuration, performance monitoring, hardware and software installation, and data integrity. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience with COTS systems and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple environments (preferred).
- Experience with COTS desktop software and hardware.
- Experience with certification (A+ is required, MCSA/MCP/MTA is required).
- Strong technical experience in desktop standards, software deployment, systems administration, and data integrity.
