Glia is seeking a Software Engineer, Platform AI to join their team in Estonia. The role involves using innovations in AI and LLM to shift Glia's customers efficiency to a new level. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about mastering their craft.

Requirements

• Ownership: You have a proven track record taking ownership of the outcomes of your tasks.
• System Design: You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
• Quality & Testing: You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
• AI Proficiency: You leverage AI development tools like Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work.
• Technical Foundation: You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Cloud Proficiency: You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications.
• CI/CD: You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices.
• Experience: Most probably you have at least 3 years of professional software development experience and have excelled in a similar role.
