Requirements
- Software development experience
- Leadership & Ownership: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- System Design: Experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems
- AI Proficiency: Experience with AI development tools like Github Copilot and Gemini
- Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and experience running containerized applications
- Quality & Testing: Commitment to code quality and experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
- CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices
