As a Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will play a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. Your role is all about ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts, using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery.
