Global Blue is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Helsinki, Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing high-value customer relationships, developing and maintaining trusted relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the retail or financial services
- Proven experience of winning and developing new business
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and trends
- Results-orientated with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Commercial mindset and understanding of all stages of the sales cycle
- Good use of time management skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize
- Experience with CRM systems & MS Office tools
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
