Administrative assist

Administrative assist position available at Global Channel Management, a technology company specializing in recruiting and staff augmentation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior executives and teams, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of previous experience serving an executive in a high level corporate environment
• Polished executive assistant with professional maturity
• Ability to professionally and respectfully interact with audiences at various levels within the organization and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondence
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, as well as Microsoft Office product suite
• Excellent analytical, written, grammatical and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical
• Proficiency with using SAP financial systems, WebEx, telepresence and/or video conference
