Job Description
Global Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist to support their Fraud department. This role involves locating documents, creating case files, processing mail, and mitigating fraud risk. The position reports to a Fraud Operations Officer and offers opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Requirements
- Create and maintain complete and accurate case files.
- Locate, save, and upload documents into case management system.
- Process inbound mail.
- Gather information from various branches and members.
