Job Description
Perform activities in support of Fraud department, create and maintain case files, locate and upload documents, create affidavits and send to branches/members, process inbound mail, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of financial transactions
- Comfortable with technology
