Job Description
Global Credit Union Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for its Oak Harbor Branch. This full-time position involves originating mortgage loans and promoting real estate programs, while maintaining accurate loan processing and adhering to regulatory requirements. The role is based on a 8-hour work day schedule, plus a potential shift differential.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration with advanced real estate lending courses.
- Two years of real estate lending experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform industry analysis.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop mortgage loan application business.
