Job Description
The Global Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to serve as the foundation of their real estate business. This role involves originating mortgage loans, promoting related programs, and building relationships with real estate professionals. The position requires accurate loan processing and adherence to regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with real estate lending coursework.
- Two years of real estate lending experience with loan officer/originator level
- Advanced industry courses in real estate lending
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in real estate lending laws, regulations, and programs.
