Job Description
The Global Credit Union Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and borrowers. This role involves originating mortgage loans, promoting related programs, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. The position reports to the lead originator and will be based at the Tacoma branch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with real estate lending coursework.
- Two years of real estate lending experience with loan officer/originator experience.
- Advanced industry courses in real estate lending.
- Strong attention to detail and industry related analysis skills.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of all aspects of real estate lending.
