Job Description
Global Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate and promote mortgage loans within the real estate profession. This role involves marketing programs, developing relationships with real estate professionals, and maintaining accurate record-keeping. The position reports to a supervisor and focuses on loan origination, disclosure, and transaction completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with real estate lending coursework
- Two years of real estate lending experience, with at least one year in a loan officer/originator role
- Advanced industry courses in real estate lending
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate lending laws and regulations
