Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication among clients, contractors, vendors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports
• Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and vendor relationships
• Conduct project closeout activities, including final inspections and client handover
