GLS is a leading provider of affordable auto financing options. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ employees, driving key performance indicators, and ensuring business opportunities are maximized.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Prior business development or inside sales experience required
- Experience with consumer lending/auto financing a plus
- Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating business volume
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
