Job Description
Global Relay is seeking a Data Services Specialist to join their Enterprise Services Team. This role involves migrating data from legacy clients, providing guidance, driving project implementation, and acting as a trusted client advisor. The specialist will manage enterprise accounts, coordinate with teams, and contribute to process improvements. Requirements
- Post-secondary education (minimum of an undergraduate degree preferred)
- 3+ years Technical, client facing enterprise administration experience
- Strong understanding of message flow, email protocols, messaging formats, and file management systems
- Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Windows and command line interface, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel Macros
