Job Description
Global Relay is seeking an Enterprise Provisioning Specialist to support the onboarding of their customers in accessing their cloud archiving and analytics solutions. The role involves implementing and maintaining systems, providing guidance, and ensuring customer success. This position requires strong technical skills, customer service abilities, and collaboration with other internal teams, offering 24/7 coverage for work after hours.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education (minimum of an undergraduate degree preferred)
- 5+ years Technical, enterprise systems administration experience
- Minimum 2 years SaaS implementations experience
- Adaptability to working with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Microsoft Exchange, Office365, Google G Suite, and/or Domino Server experience
