Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day HR support to the Global Relay team and work closely with HR leadership to develop, implement, and deliver HR programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in progressive HR positions
• Previous work experience in the high tech or software technology industry is an asset
• Completion of post-secondary studies, ideally in Human Resources
• Thorough knowledge of HR standards and best practices
• Experience with HR Systems (Human Resources Information System, Applicant Tracking System, Performance Appraisal System)
• Familiarity with BambooHR, Greenhouse, and/or Trakstar is an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to build trust with all levels of employees within the organization
• Proven record of responsibility and judgment including exercise of discretion and confidentiality
• Keen attention to detail with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and within a team
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to take initiatives; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
